Smiles

We went to our monthly String Alongs fiber guild meeting last night and it was smiles all evening. Good friends, nice food, great stories and lots of laughs. We also hold each other up through the tough stuff we all go through. It is so nice to come home after a get together and have my face be sore from so much laughing.

I do love the change of season. It is always so exciting to get a break in whatever weather we have been having. After the garden and yard are cleaned up, I love the slowing down of fall. It is also a time of starting to think about the coming holidays and what do I have to make before then. Good time to get a head start!

Can be a pilgrimage in itself.



A day of Silence
Can help you listen
To the Soul play
Its marvellous lute and drum.



Is not most talking
A crazed defense of a crumbling fort?



I thought we came here
To surrender in Silence,
To yield to Light and Happiness,



To Dance within
In celebration of Love’s Victory!
